It’s official, the #Classof2020 is settled in on campus! This week, incoming students shared their excitement and anticipation, parents voiced occasional heartache, and alums recalled these days as some of their best memories.
The official start of summer just kicked off, but summer break at Ship is nearly half over. And you’ve all been busy!
Go ahead, ask someone what Periscope is. Chances are, most people will look at you quizzically, then answer, “the thing on the top of a submarine?” (At least that was our experience!)
#Truth. But, it’s also a live video streaming app that was acquired by Twitter and, as it turns out, it’s pretty fun to play with.
There’s something about a fresh blanket of snow that brings out the beauty of campus.
Ship might be nestled cozily among the farm fields of south-central Pennsylvania, but it certainly doesn’t have trouble getting its name out there. In just the first two weeks of 2016, our alumni, faculty, staff, and students have proudly represented Ship on the big screen, the small screen, in professional sports, abroad, and elsewhere.
It was a busy year at Ship! We are proud of all the accomplishments of our students, faculty, staff, alumni, family, and friends who helped make 2015 so phenomenal. Cheers to another great year ahead!
